Inside the Frame: April 7
Contatto Arts re-launch was a success, I'm celebrating 27 on Tuesday, and big things are coming—stay tuned!
Hi!
The Contatto Arts Re-Launch was such a beautiful success—thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported us! It means the world to see this vision grow alongside a community that truly believes in the power of art and connection.
On a personal note… I’m turning 27 tomorrow! Feeling grateful, reflective, and creatively recharged. This next chapter is all about deepening my practice, building more intentional spaces for artists, and embracing the weird, wonderful process of making.
There are lots of exciting art things coming up—new workshops, exhibitions, and opportunities to connect. Stay tuned, and as always, thank you for being part of this journey. 💫
With love,
~ Caterina
What’s been going on…
It’s hard to put into words how much the Contatto Arts Re-Launch meant to me. Seeing so many of you show up, with curiosity, creativity, and genuine excitement, was a powerful reminder of why I started this in the first place. What began as an idea has grown into a real, vibrant community of artists, supporters, and friends. Contatto Arts is rooted in connection, and this past week felt like a full-circle moment. The energy in the room, the conversations shared, and the enthusiasm for what’s ahead have left me inspired and full of gratitude.
I have a couple of events coming up through Contatto Arts at the end of April and in May! You can grab your tickets below:
Upcoming Workshops:
Large Format Workshop
There are still a few spots left in the April 13th workshop! If you’ve been curious about diving into large-format photography, now’s the perfect time to join in! And if April doesn’t work for you, don’t worry, May’s workshop has plenty of space and we’d love to have you there.
These sessions are beginner-friendly, hands-on, and a great way to tap into your creativity while learning something new. 🎞️✨
🎟️ Grab your tickets before they’re gone! (Maximum 12 people per workshop)
Cyanotype Workshop
💙✨ Don’t miss out—this will be my final Cyanotype Workshop for the time being! This is a beginner-friendly, hands-on session where you’ll learn the history of cyanotypes and create your own beautiful 8x10" blue-toned print using natural objects (or feel free to bring your own!). It’s a fun, relaxing, and creative way to spend a few hours—and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind artwork to take home. 💙✨ (Maximum 20 people per workshop)

Art Book of the Week
Clear Thinking: Turning Ordinary Moments into Extraordinary Results by Shane Parrish
Clear Thinking helps you catch those moments that can really change your path. Parrish points out how easy it is to run on autopilot, letting habits and instincts take over. But when you recognize those turning points, you can pause, think, and make choices that actually shape your story rather than just going with the flow. I think many artists could benefit from reading this!
Have you read it? Check it out!
