Hi friends,
This past week felt a bit more manageable! I've started taking morning walks again before I leave for work, and let me tell you, they are lifesaving. Even on a rainy day like today, starting my morning outside, moving, and listening to the birds calms my chaotic brain.
Moments like this remind me to take a step back from my busy life and practice gratitude for what I’ve accomplished and have been given (the good and the bad). Lately, I’ve been especially grateful for my partner, who keeps me grounded and motivated, and for my friends whose support and love mean everything. What are you grateful for?

What’s been going on…
This past Sunday marked the final session of my Large Format Photography workshop series at the WaterFire Arts Center. It’s been such a rewarding experience sharing this timeless process with the community, teaching something I deeply love while connecting with curious, creative minds. Grateful for everyone who showed up, asked questions, and explored this medium with me.
